We work with all pet insurance companies from Petplan and Agria through to Animal Friends, ManyPets, Tesco, John Lewis and Sainsburys amongst others.

We aim to have your insurance form completed within two weeks of receiving it assuming we have all the information needed for your insurance company.  We complete one insurance form free of charge per month.  If you require your form to be filled out more frequently there is a £10 charge per condition and per claim.  Unfortunately we are unable to do direct insurance claims as this time.

Philippa, our Vet, is registered with the ABVA (Association of British Veterinary Acupuncturists). 

As we are a Veterinary clinic and a Veterinary Surgeon does all the hydrotherapy and physiotherapy treatments we do not need to be registered with professional bodies such as NARCH (National Association of Registered Hydrotherapists), CHA (Canine Hydrotherapy Association), ACPAT (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy), RAMP (Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners) and IRVAP (Institute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapists).  We regularly do insurance claims for our customers for all the treatment that we offer.
