Alex Pinnell – Veterinary Receptionist
Alex is our morning receptionist and will be looking after you Monday to Friday from 10am – 2pm. Alex finished her equine course at Hartpury and worked in the equine industry, as a groom, for several years.
Alex loves small pets, as well as large ones, and wanted a new challenge so we were delighted to welcome her to the clinic in 2020. Alex has a horse called Whirl and lives with a couple of feline friends at home called Crystal and Fleur who are now in their senior years.
Alex enjoys meeting all your pets and is very partial to a doggy cuddle. She is a qualified equine massage therapist so you can rest assured her cuddles are very good!
Louise O’Brien – Veterinary Receptionist
Louise is another busy horsey lady. She also has a family to keep in check and is kept on her toes by a husband, two teenagers, two dogs and one horse. We are so pleased that she could squeeze in the time to come and work for us on Monday and Tuesday afternoons .
Louise has two dogs; Pixie, a French Bulldog, and Winnie a black Labrador Retriever. Winnie has just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis so Louise is a client of the clinic too, as well as a member of staff!
Siobhan Sparks – Veterinary Receptionist
Vetsec – remote Veterinary Receptionists
We hate it when the telephone line is busy or there is no answer when you call. Hence we have a backup team of remote Veterinary receptionists to help when we cannot get to the phone. The team of Vet Nurses or Vet Receptionists are able to log in to our appointments system or take a message so that we can get back to you as soon as we can.
